Create a wish list between Friday 1 December - Thursday 14 December 2023, for your chance to win your Veronika Maine wish list, up to the value of $1,000 AUD. One winner will be randomly selected on Tuesday 19 December.
HOW DO I ENTER ONLINE?
To enter online, you must complete the below steps:
- Login to your Veronika Maine account.
- Add styles to your wish list by clicking the heart icon.
HOW DO I ENTER IN-STORE?
To enter in-store, please ask a team member to update your Veronika Maine Privilege profile with your favourite pieces and you will automatically be entered into the giveaway.
WHO CAN ENTER?
Entrants must be over 18 years of age. This competition is open to all Australian, New Zealand and international customers. Entries from employees of the company and immediate families of such employees will not be accepted.
WHEN DOES THE COMPETITION CLOSE?
The competition is open from Friday 1 December, 9:00am until Thursday 14 December 2023, 11:59pm. Entries made outside this period will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.
HOW WILL THE WINNER BE SELECTED?
This competition is a game of chance. One winner will be selected at random on Tuesday 19 December, 12.00pm AEST at the Cue Clothing Co. Pty Ltd Head Office - Level 7, 50 Holt Street, Surry Hills, NSW 2010, Australia. The company’s decision is final, and no further correspondence will be entered.
HOW WILL THE WINNER BE NOTIFED IF THEY HAVE WON?
The winner will be notified via email by Tuesday 19 December 2023. If the winner doesn’t claim their prize by Friday 22 December, 11:00am a redraw will be held on Friday 22 December, 3:00pm.
WHAT’S THE PRIZE?
One winner will win the items within their Veronika Maine wish list up to the value of $1,000.
The total prize pool is valued at $1,000. The prize will be offered to the winning entry only and is not transferable to another person or exchangeable for cash or other goods or services.

- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Orders delivered within New Zealand are inclusive of GST. We endeavour to ensure that our pricing is accurate and current. Our prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.
Product Descriptions
- We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however we do not warrant that the description is accurate. Where we become aware of any misdescription, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission.
- Images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reproduce in true colour nor that any given image will reflect or portray the full design or options relating to that product.
Product Orders
- We endeavour to ensure that our product listings are current however we give no undertaking as to the availability of any product advertised on our website.
- All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Our prices are detailed within the individual product listings and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time.
- Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase in accordance with our shipping policy.
- When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information; however in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
- We undertake to accept or reject your order immediately after placing such order, however in some circumstances this may take two (2) business days to process. If we have not responded to you within two (2) business days, your offer is deemed to be rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your offer to purchase however the most likely reason for rejecting your offer will be that information provided to us appears to be incorrect or payment method has been declined. You will be advised if an item is out of stock.
- Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
- Delivery of your ordered product/s will be as set out on our website. Please refer to our deliveries section for further information. Title in the goods passes to you when we have received payment. Our terms of payment are set under payments information.
- All risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when we despatch the goods.
Order Cancellation Due To Error
- Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will immediately refund your credit card for the total amount debited.

- When you visit our website, we give you a limited licence to access and use our information for personal use.

Force Majeure

- These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and any claim made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in New South Wales and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.
- If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

- We undertake to take all due care with any information which you may provide to us when accessing our website. However we do not warrant and cannot ensure the security of any information which you may provide to us. Information you transmit to us is entirely at your own risk although we undertake to take reasonable steps to preserve such information in a secure manner.

Veronika Maine Online uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration.
You will also notice that when you look at the location (URL) field at the top of your internet browser you will see it begin with 'https:' instead of the normal 'http:' - this means that you are in secure mode and environment.
Veronika Maine is registered with GeoTrust as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private while being sent from your web browser to our web server.
We do not handle or retain your credit card details when processing transactions. To ensure your details are secure Veronika Maine uses DPS PCI gateway which saves a token to the transaction that is only valid at www.veronikamaine.com.au/shop.
Access to Your Personal Information and Complaints Procedure
Under the Australian Privacy Principles Privacy Amendment (Enhancing Privacy Protection) Act 2012, you have certain rights to access the personal information we collect and hold about you.
Generally, subject to the exceptions of APP 12.3, we will allow an individual access to the personal information we hold about them within a reasonable time after it is requested. When requesting such access please identify the precise type/s of information requested.
Deleted membership data may be stored for up to 12 months from the date of unsubscribing.
